Can't wear harem pants without clownin' a little :-) ! |
I made these pants prior to making a pair for my husband in celebration of his birthday last month. Just wanted to "test" the pattern so that his "surprise" pair would be perfect. Well, as it turned out his pants were too big and the crotch was too low for his taste. Our youngest son wears them much better than he does.
In the meantime, my own seem to agree with me so I've been wearing them. I'm diggin' em'! I got this pattern from a
blogger sometime last year. I adjusted the pattern to my own taste and they turned out great. When I make my husband's second pair I probably will make me another pair as well! I've already gotten requests from others for their own pair.
The fabric is 100% cotton that I purchased from Hancock Fabrics yeeeeeears ago. We've not had a Hancock fabric store in these parts for quite some time! Enjoy what's left of the weekend!!!.......BE BLESSED
You really styled them nicely and they look great on you.
